As a Qualified Social Worker, you will work collaboratively with families, schools, and other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for children in need of support.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting assessments of children and families to identify needs and risks. Developing and implementing care plans in partnership with families and other stakeholders. Providing ongoing support and intervention to families, ensuring compliance with safeguarding policies. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation. Participating in multi-agency meetings and contributing to strategic discussions regarding child welfare.To thrive in this role, you will need to have the following essential qualifications and skills:
A relevant social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Experience working with children and families, preferably in a statutory setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse communities.
