EDEN BROWN SYENRGY is currently looking for an experienced & committed Senior Social Worker for Hartlepool Borough Council, offering an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a well-established SAS Team.

Roles & Responsibilities (R&R):

  • Undertake complex assessments and develop effective care plans for children and families.
    * Manage a varied caseload involving children in need, child protection, and care proceedings.
    * Work in partnership with multi-agency professionals to safeguard and promote the welfare of children.
    * Prepare high-quality reports for court proceedings, case conferences, and statutory reviews.
    * Provide guidance and support to less experienced social workers where required.
    * Ensure all case recordings and documentation are maintained accurately and in a timely manner.
    * Participate in duty rota and respond effectively to safeguarding concerns.

Essential Requirements:

  • Social Work Qualification - Degree or equivalent
  • At least 3 years' experience as a social worker within children's services
  • Social Work England Registration.
  • Driving license and access to own vehicle.
