Cheryl Lewis is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Qualified Social Worker to join our dynamic team in Lancashire. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting individuals and families in need, promoting their well-being, and safeguarding vulnerable populations. Your expertise will be essential in assessing needs, developing care plans, and providing ongoing support to ensure the highest quality of life for those we serve.
Key responsibilities include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments of clients' needs and circumstances. Developing and implementing tailored care plans in collaboration with clients and multidisciplinary teams. Providing emotional support and guidance to clients and their families. Maintaining accurate case records and documentation in compliance with legal and organizational standards. Advocating for clients’ rights and accessing appropriate services and resources.To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Proven experience in a similar social work role, preferably within child protection or adult services. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
