  • Registration with Social Work England.
  • Proven experience in a similar social work role, preferably within child protection or adult services.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a caseload effectively.
