Qualified Social Worker - Frontline Team | Lincolnshire | Ongoing Contract

We currently have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Qualified Social Worker to join the Frontline Team within a well-established local authority in Lincolnshire.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate social worker to join a supportive service and contribute to achieving positive outcomes for children and families.

💼 Role: Qualified Social Worker - Frontline Team
📄 Contract: Ongoing Agency Contract

You will be responsible for managing a caseload and delivering high-quality social work practice, ensuring children and young people are safeguarded and their voices remain central to all assessments and interventions.

Managing a caseload of children and families requiring support and intervention.

Undertaking assessments, including Child and Family Assessments, risk assessments, and safeguarding enquiries.

Working within statutory frameworks to support children in need and children subject to safeguarding procedures.

Preparing high-quality reports and contributing to multi-agency meetings.

Working collaboratively with partner agencies to achieve positive outcomes for children and families.

Supporting best practice and maintaining high standards of social work.

Social Work England registration
Significant post-qualifying experience within Children's Services
Strong knowledge of safeguarding, child protection, and court processes
Experience supporting, mentoring, or supervising social workers
Excellent assessment, communication, and analytical skills
