We currently have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Qualified Social Worker to join the Frontline Team within a well-established local authority in Lincolnshire.

About the Role

You will be responsible for managing a caseload and delivering high-quality social work practice, ensuring children and young people are safeguarded and their voices remain central to all assessments and interventions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing a caseload of children and families requiring support and intervention.

  • Undertaking assessments, including Child and Family Assessments, risk assessments, and safeguarding enquiries.

  • Working within statutory frameworks to support children in need and children subject to safeguarding procedures.

  • Preparing high-quality reports and contributing to multi-agency meetings.

  • Working collaboratively with partner agencies to achieve positive outcomes for children and families.

  • Supporting best practice and maintaining high standards of social work.

Requirements

Social Work England registration
Significant post-qualifying experience within Children's Services
Strong knowledge of safeguarding, child protection, and court processes
Experience supporting, mentoring, or supervising social workers
Excellent assessment, communication, and analytical skills
