Join our dedicated team in Liverpool as a Qualified Social Worker (QSW) in the Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH). As part of the MASH team, you will work collaboratively with partner agencies to assess and respond to safeguarding concerns, ensuring the safety and well-being of those in need.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Conducting thorough assessments of children and families in need of support. Collaborating with health, education, and law enforcement agencies to gather and share relevant information. Developing and implementing effective intervention plans tailored to individual cases. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation. Participating in regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Active registration with Social Work England. Proven experience in safeguarding, child protection, or similar social work settings. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
