Job Title: Motor Vehicle Lecturer
Location: Berkshire
Type: Permanent - Full Time
Salary: £30,000 - £44,000 (depending on experience and qualifications)

Eden Brown are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Motor Vehicle Lecturer for a Further Education College in Berkshire.

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled motor vehicle technician or experienced lecturer to inspire the next generation of automotive professionals.

You will deliver engaging and high-quality teaching to learners across a range of levels, from Entry Level to Level 3, focusing on both practical workshop sessions and theoretical classroom learning.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver a range of motor vehicle subjects including diagnostics, maintenance, repair, and vehicle systems.
- Develop and adapt lesson plans and learning materials to meet learners' needs.
- Provide academic and pastoral support to students, helping them achieve their full potential.
- Assess student progress through coursework, exams, and practical assessments.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and incorporate current practices into teaching.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure high-quality teaching and learning standards.
- Contribute to curriculum development and continuous improvement initiatives.

About You

You should have:
- Relevant industry qualifications in Motor Vehicle Engineering (e.g. Level 3 Diploma, NVQ or equivalent).
- Teaching qualification (e.g. PGCE, CertEd) or willingness to work towards one.
- Proven industry experience within the motor vehicle sector.
- Strong communication, organisational, and IT skills.
- A passion for teaching and mentoring young people and adults.
- Knowledge of health & safety in a workshop environment.

rate: £35 - £45 per hour or £35000 - £44000

Eden brown are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Motor Vehicle Lecturer on behalf of a leading Further Education College in Greater Manchester.

This is a full time temporary role to start as soon as possible. The college would also consider someone on a permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging and interactive lectures, workshops, and practical sessions in motor vehicle maintenance, repair, and diagnostics.
* Support and mentor students in developing practical skills and theoretical knowledge in automotive
* Assess and provide feedback on student progress, ensuring their success in the program.
Requirements:
