We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Qualified Social Worker to join our Long Term Fieldwork / Child Protection Team in Nottingham City. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality social work services to children and families in need of support and intervention.

Key responsibilities and duties include:

Undertaking assessments and developing care plans for children and families Conducting home visits and engaging with service users to understand their needs and circumstances Participating in case conferences and court proceedings as required Working collaboratively with other professionals and agencies to ensure the best outcomes for children Providing support and guidance to families to promote positive change and safeguarding

The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

Qualified Social Worker with HCPC registration Demonstrated experience in child protection and long-term fieldwork Strong assessment and analytical skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage complex cases
