Bristol City Council is seeking a competent and experienced Revenues Officer with strong expertise in Council Tax Recovery to join their Revenue and Benefits team.
This is a fully remote opportunity for a skilled officer who can confidently manage a caseload from day one and consistently deliver high-quality outcomes.
The Role
The successful candidate will be expected to hit the ground running, working independently while maintaining accuracy, productivity, and excellent customer service standards.
Key Requirements
Strong knowledge of Council Tax Recovery
Experience using NEC and Enterprise systems
Ability to manage a caseload confidently and independently
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Strong customer service and communication skills
Proven ability to meet productivity targets
