We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Practitioner to join our Assessment Team in Hertfordshire (Stevenage) on a part-time basis of 2 days a week in the office. This role offers a competitive rate of £41.50 per hour for the right candidate in the Qualified Social Work field.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
Conducting assessments and reviews to evaluate the needs of service users and their families. Developing and implementing care plans in collaboration with other professionals and agencies. Providing support and guidance to junior team members, offering supervision and mentorship. Participating in case conferences, court proceedings, and multidisciplinary meetings as required. Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, policies, and procedures to safeguard vulnerable individuals.Essential Qualifications and Skills:
Qualified Social Worker with relevant professional registration (HCPC). Demonstrable experience in a similar role within a statutory social work setting.
