We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Practitioner to join our Assessment Team in Hertfordshire (Stevenage) on a part-time basis of 2 days a week in the office. This role offers a competitive rate of £41.50 per hour for the right candidate in the Qualified Social Work field.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Conducting assessments and reviews to evaluate the needs of service users and their families.
  • Developing and implementing care plans in collaboration with other professionals and agencies.
  • Providing support and guidance to junior team members, offering supervision and mentorship.
  • Participating in case conferences, court proceedings, and multidisciplinary meetings as required.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, policies, and procedures to safeguard vulnerable individuals.

Essential Qualifications and Skills:

  • Qualified Social Worker with relevant professional registration (HCPC).
