About the Role:
As a Social Worker in the CWD team, you will deliver high-quality assessments, care planning, and interventions tailored to the unique needs of children with disabilities. You'll work collaboratively with families, carers, and multi-agency partners to promote positive outcomes and enhance the wellbeing and safety of children.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct statutory assessments and reviews for children with disabilitiesDevelop and implement child-centred care and support plansWork closely with families, health, education, and other professionalsAdvocate for the needs and rights of children with disabilitiesContribute to safeguarding and risk management processes

What We're Looking For:

Registered Social Worker with Social Work EnglandExperience working with children with disabilities or complex needsStrong communication and multi-agency working skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamCommitment to person-centred and strengths-based practice

Working Arrangements:

Hybrid working with 2 days remote working from home and 3 days office-based in BurySupportive and inclusive team environment
