Are you a passionate and dedicated Qualified Social Worker looking to make a positive impact in the lives of young people? We are seeking a Young People Practitioner to join our dynamic team in Southampton. In this role, you will work closely with young individuals facing various challenges, providing them with the support and guidance they need to thrive.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting assessments to identify the needs and risks of young people. Developing and implementing tailored intervention plans in collaboration with young individuals and their families. Providing ongoing support and advocacy, ensuring the voices of young people are heard and respected. Collaborating with other professionals and agencies to coordinate services and resources effectively. Maintaining accurate records and documentation in compliance with statutory requirements.To be considered for this role, you must possess essential qualifications and skills, including:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work). Registration with Social Work England. Experience working with young people in a social work setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with young individuals and their families.
