To be considered for this role, you must possess essential qualifications and skills, including:
- A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work).
- Registration with Social Work England.
- Experience working with young people in a social work setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with young individuals and their families.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and safeguarding procedures.
