Eden Brown Synergy is currently recruiting for a Qualified Social Worker (Permanent) to join the Ageing Well Adults Community Team within Southend-on-Sea Borough Council.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and motivated Social Worker to join a forward-thinking service focused on promoting independence, wellbeing, and strengths-based practice within adult social care.

About the RoleYou will be working within the Ageing Well Service, supporting older adults and adults with mental ill health across Southend-on-Sea (including out-of-borough cases). The role focuses on promoting independence, reducing reliance on long-term care, and enabling individuals to remain within their communities wherever possible.
You will:
