Eden Brown Synergy is currently recruiting for an experienced Social Worker to join Surrey Council's Adolescents Team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and experienced Social Worker to support young people through complex periods of their lives. The successful candidate will work alongside a dedicated team to provide effective interventions, complete high-quality assessments, and ensure positive outcomes for adolescents and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing a caseload of adolescents with varying levels of need and complexityCompleting comprehensive assessments and developing effective care plansUndertaking safeguarding enquiries and supporting children at riskWorking collaboratively with families, partner agencies, and professionals to achieve the best outcomes for young peopleProviding evidence-based social work interventions in line with statutory requirementsKey Requirements:
Social Work England (SWE) registrationPrevious experience within a Local Authority Children's Services settingStrong experience working with adolescents, safeguarding, and complex casesExcellent assessment, communication, and relationship-building skillsAbility to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary environmentRole Benefits:
