Eden Brown Synergy is currently recruiting for an experienced Social Worker to join Surrey Council's Adolescents Team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and experienced Social Worker to support young people through complex periods of their lives. The successful candidate will work alongside a dedicated team to provide effective interventions, complete high-quality assessments, and ensure positive outcomes for adolescents and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a caseload of adolescents with varying levels of need and complexity
- Completing comprehensive assessments and developing effective care plans
- Undertaking safeguarding enquiries and supporting children at risk
- Working collaboratively with families, partner agencies, and professionals to achieve the best outcomes for young people
- Providing evidence-based social work interventions in line with statutory requirements
Key Requirements:
- Social Work England (SWE) registration
- Previous experience within a Local Authority Children's Services setting
- Strong experience working with adolescents, safeguarding, and complex cases
- Excellent assessment, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary environment
