Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (37 hours)
Contract until 31st August 2026

We are looking for an experienced Senior Social Worker to join the Adults with Learning Disabilities & Autism Team in Telford & Wrekin.
This role will focus on:
Completing Care Act ReviewsMaximising healthcare funding opportunitiesManaging a social work caseloadSupporting assessment, support planning, and reviews using an asset-based approachContributing to weekly peer reviews and case discussionsWorking closely with individuals, families, council teams, and partner agenciesRequirements:
Social Work qualification and registrationEnhanced DBS (Adults & Children's Barred List)Full UK Driving LicenceExperience within Adult Social Care
