Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in accordance with statutory requirements. Contributing to the development of team policies and procedures to enhance service delivery.

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Registered with Social Work England. Significant post-qualification experience in children and families' social work. Strong assessment, analytical, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
