Join our team at Agency FCA as a CAFCASS Social Worker in the Qualified Social Work field. As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for a range of key duties and responsibilities:

Conducting assessments and investigations to determine the best interests of children involved in family court proceedings. Providing expert advice and recommendations to the court to ensure the safety and well-being of children. Developing and implementing care plans and interventions to support children and families in need. Collaborating with various professionals and agencies to coordinate services and support for families. Participating in court hearings and presenting evidence to support recommendations.

To excel in this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

Qualified Social Worker with registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). Experience working within the child protection and family court system. Strong understanding of child development, safeguarding principles, and relevant legislation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children, families, and professionals. Ability to work independently, make sound decisions under pressure, and manage a challenging caseload.
