We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Agency FCA - CAFCASS for a position in the Qualified Social Work field. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for a range of important duties to support children and families involved in the family court system.
Key responsibilities and duties:
- Conducting assessments of children and families to provide recommendations to the court
- Working collaboratively with legal professionals, social workers, and other stakeholders
- Advocating for the best interests of children and ensuring their voices are heard
- Preparing reports and attending court hearings as required
- Providing support and guidance to families to promote positive outcomes
Essential qualifications and skills:
- Qualified Social Worker with current registration with the relevant regulatory body
- Experience working within the family court system and a strong understanding of child protection issues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage competing priorities
- Demonstrated commitment to upholding professional standards and ethical practice
