We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Locality Sr. SW to join our team in Bradford. As a key member of our Qualified Social Work department, you will play a crucial role in supporting and advocating for vulnerable individuals and families in the local community.
Key responsibilities and duties:
Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine the needs and risks of service users Develop and implement care plans that promote the well-being and safety of individuals and families Provide guidance and support to colleagues and stakeholders in managing complex cases Collaborate with external agencies and professionals to ensure holistic and effective support for service users Participate in case conferences, court proceedings, and other relevant meetings as requiredEssential qualifications and skills:
Qualified Social Worker with a valid registration with the HCPC Demonstrated experience in working within a locality setting and managing a diverse caseload Strong assessment, analytical, and decision-making skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work effectively under pressure and in challenging situationsAdditional requirements:
