We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Qualified Social Worker to join our Family Support team in Milton Keynes. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support and intervention services to families in need within the community.

Key responsibilities and duties include:

Conducting assessments of families to identify their needs and develop appropriate support plans Delivering direct interventions and support services to families to promote positive outcomes Working collaboratively with other professionals and agencies to ensure holistic support for families Participating in case conferences and reviews to monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to support plans Keeping accurate and up-to-date records of all interventions and interactions with families

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

Qualified Social Worker with a valid HCPC registration Experience working in a similar role within a family support setting Strong assessment and analytical skills to identify and address the needs of families effectively Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with families and build rapport Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a multidisciplinary team
