We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Qualified Social Worker to join our Family Support team in Milton Keynes. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support and intervention services to families in need within the community.
Key responsibilities and duties include:
- Conducting assessments of families to identify their needs and develop appropriate support plans
- Delivering direct interventions and support services to families to promote positive outcomes
- Working collaboratively with other professionals and agencies to ensure holistic support for families
- Participating in case conferences and reviews to monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to support plans
- Keeping accurate and up-to-date records of all interventions and interactions with families
The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- Qualified Social Worker with a valid HCPC registration
- Experience working in a similar role within a family support setting
- Strong assessment and analytical skills to identify and address the needs of families effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with families and build rapport
- Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a multidisciplinary team
