We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Children's Social Worker to join our Children and Families Team in Yorkshire. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality social work services to children and families in need, ensuring their safety and well-being.

Key responsibilities and duties:

Conducting assessments and investigations to determine the needs of children and families Developing and implementing care plans to support children's welfare Working collaboratively with other professionals and agencies to provide holistic support Participating in case conferences and court proceedings as required Advocating for the rights and best interests of children and families

Essential qualifications and skills:

Qualified Social Worker with a valid HCPC registration Experience working in Children's Services and a good understanding of relevant legislation and policies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage complex cases Commitment to continuous professional development and reflective practice
