We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Children's Social Worker to join our Children and Families Team in Yorkshire. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality social work services to children and families in need, ensuring their safety and well-being.

Key responsibilities and duties:

  • Conducting assessments and investigations to determine the needs of children and families
  • Developing and implementing care plans to support children's welfare
  • Working collaboratively with other professionals and agencies to provide holistic support
  • Participating in case conferences and court proceedings as required
  • Advocating for the rights and best interests of children and families

Essential qualifications and skills:

  • Qualified Social Worker with a valid HCPC registration
  • Experience working in Children's Services and a good understanding of relevant legislation and policies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage complex cases
  • Commitment to continuous professional development and reflective practice
