Eden Brown Synergy are currently looking for an experienced and motivated Qualified Social Worker to join the Support and Protect Team at Trafford Council.
This is an excellent opportunity to work with children and families where safeguarding concerns have been identified, ensuring children receive the right support and protection. You will manage a varied caseload, undertake statutory assessments, complete Child in Need and Child Protection work, and work in partnership with families and multi-agency professionals to achieve positive outcomes.
Key Skills Required:
Experience within Child Protection, Child in Need, Support and Protect, Safeguarding or Assessment TeamsStrong safeguarding, assessment and risk management skillsExperience completing statutory assessments and managing complex caseloadsKnowledge of Section 17 and Section 47 processesExcellent communication, report writing and multi-agency working skillsSocial Work England registration requiredEssential Requirements:
