Housing Strategy Project Manager
Location: Harrow (Hybrid Working)
Contract Duration: Up to 6 months
Are you an experienced project manager with a passion for housing strategy and service improvement? We are looking for a dynamic Housing Strategy Project Manager to join our team and lead key initiatives to enhance housing services and meet regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and deliver comprehensive housing strategies, including:
Housing Strategy
Homelessness & Rough Sleeping Strategy
Housing Allocation Scheme
Domestic Abuse Strategy/Policy
Implement service improvements to meet regulatory standards, including preparation for inspections.
Work collaboratively with stakeholders and partners to develop and execute housing policies.
Drive positive change within housing services through strategic planning and effective project management.
Experience Requirements:
Proven experience in project management within housing strategy.
Demonstrated success in leading one or more of the following initiatives: Housing Strategy, Homelessness & Rough Sleeping Strategy, Housing Allocation Scheme, or Domestic Abuse Strategy/Policy.
Experience in housing service improvement to meet regulatory standards.
Formal Project Management qualifications are desirable but not essential.
