Role: Health and Social Care Lecturer Location: Merseyside Hours: 37 hours per week Contract Type: Temporary Rate: £30 - £35 per hour Eden Brown are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Health and Social Care Lecturer to join our team at a leading Further Education College in Merseyside. This full-time, temporary position (37 hours per week) offers an exciting opportunity to deliver high-quality teaching and support to students studying across various health and social care disciplines. Key Responsibilities: * Deliver engaging and innovative lessons to students at various levels. * Plan, prepare, and assess course materials, ensuring they meet the curriculum standards. * Provide academic support and guidance to students. * Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment. * Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to promote academic growth. Essential Requirements: * Relevant qualifications in Health and Social Care (Level 3 or higher). * Teaching qualification * Experience working in health and social care or education settings. * Strong communication and organisational skills. * A passion for helping students succeed and develop their skills. Desirable Qualifications: * A degree in a relevant subject. * Previous teaching experience in a further education setting. These are temporary full time roles to start as soon as possible. The Role: We are seeking dedicated Exam Officers and Exam Administrators to manage and support the college's internal and external examination processes. You will play a vital role in ensuring the integrity, efficiency, and compliance of all exam procedures in line with awarding body requirements.
