Bradford Children & Families Trust is seeking an experienced CP Coordinator to join its Children's Services team on an agency basis.

This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in coordinating Child Protection Conferences, promoting effective multi-agency working, and ensuring that children and families receive the highest standard of safeguarding support.

The Role

Coordinate and facilitate Child Protection Conferences in line with statutory guidance.

Ensure conferences are well-organised, professionally chaired, and accurately recorded.

Work collaboratively with social workers, health professionals, education providers, police, and other partner agencies.

Monitor and review Child Protection Plans, ensuring actions are progressed effectively.

Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with safeguarding procedures and timescales.

Promote best practice and contribute to improving outcomes for vulnerable children and families.

Requirements

Relevant experience within Children's Services and Child Protection.

Strong knowledge of child protection legislation, safeguarding procedures, and statutory guidance.

Excellent communication, organisational, and multi-agency working skills.

Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining high professional standards.
