Bradford - Advanced Practitioner - 16+ Corporate Parenting (Care Leavers)
Bradford Childrens and Families is seeking Advance Practitioner to join there 16+ Corporate Parenting role.
Key duties of the role include:
* Holding a caseload of Looked after Children
* Undertaking Core Assessments under Section 20
* Undertaking Child Protection Enquiries under Section 47
* Undertaking Viability Assessments
* Undertaking Kinship Assessments
* Undertaking Risk Assessments
* Liaising/ Working close with partnership agencies to support the families and meet the children/ young people's needs
* Preparing & implementing Care Plans
* Attending court and giving evidence when required
* Obtaining Interim Care Orders/Interim Supervision Orders
* Initiating Care Proceedings
* Completion of Care Proceedings
* Obtaining Special Guardianship Orders
* Producing Child Permanency Reports
* Reviewing Financial payments received by kinship carers/ or carers granted Residence Orders/Special Guardianship Orders
* Preparing looked after children review reports
Essential Requirements:
* Social Work Qualification - Degree or equivalent
* At least 2 years' experience as a social worker within children's services
* Social Work England Registration
* Driving license and access to own vehicle
