Duties

Ensure all activities are logged using the appropriate systems: e.g. SystmOne, Rostering Management System (RMS), Service User Management System (SUMS), and relevant police force systems.Provide written statements for court procedures, attending court when required to do soMake use of clinical supervision opportunities to evaluate your own work and development.Participate in the collection of data for service audits and other mechanisms for achieving continuous service improvement.Abide by the NMC / HCPC code of conduct, maintain professional development through training and experience, and use opportunities to promote the role of health care professionals in the custody setting.Promote the health and safety of staff and detainees in accordance with the H&S policy, taking action to remedy any observed problems and working in a way which minimises risk.Takes responsibility for updating themselves on procedural and clinical updates on the central systems (RMS) to ensure they are operating to the latest practices and standardsTakes on responsibilities of tasks delegated by the company/management team as required
