Your role will involve managing a team of practitioners, and embedding a high-performance culture by helping your team to continually develop their skills so that they can achieve the best outcomes for our children and their families. Through reflective supervision meetings you will champion the personal and professional growth of the social workers. Alongside your role as a people manager, you will also be responsible for the allocation and oversight of children within the North Devon area, ensuring quality standards are maintained, as well as supporting social workers to identify risk and decide when to take protective action.
