Social Worker required for work within the AMHP in the Devon area. This post will be based in Exeter in Wonford House Hospital, which has good transport links to the M5 and A38. Close to the coast and in an area of outstanding national beauty. 37 hours a week with rates up to £53ph for experienced candidates. Flexible, hybrid working arrangements.

Working with people with diagnosed mental illness, their families and carers to provide psychologically informed interventions, review of care/treatment and multi-agency work. Being part of a multi-disciplinary team using existing skills, knowledge and understanding to deliver quality care & treatment for adults with moderate to severe and enduring mental health difficulties.

Candidates need to be competent at writing reports and carrying out risk assessments relating to mental health.


You will be Social Work England registered, ideally a driver with access to own car and able to reside and work in the UK
