An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Safeguarding Team Manager in Gloucestershire. who will have safeguarding experience to lead, manage and be accountable for a team of Social Workers in the delivery of statutory duties and improvement of services to children, young people, and families.
They will have knowledge of court work, CP, CIN and CIC and be experienced in supervising and quality assuring a team of dedicated Social Workers.
Working from home and office working is balanced where applicable, individual requests to be in the office and the needs of individuals and teams are by agreement with the manager.
