Warwickshire County Council is seeking an experienced and committed Children's Social Worker to join their Family Help and Assessment Team. This is a frontline assessment role, supporting families and children at the point of referral, ensuring timely assessments, safety planning, and appropriate interventions are delivered in line with statutory duties and best practice.

Key Responsibilities:
* Undertake Child and Family Assessments, S47 investigations and short-term interventions
* Complete initial visits and engage families using a strengths-based approach
* Work alongside Early Help services and other multi-agency partners
* Identify risks and needs, ensuring appropriate safeguarding actions are taken
* Contribute to Child in Need and Child Protection planning
* Produce clear, analytical and timely reports and records
* Attend strategy meetings, ICPCs, court proceedings (if required)

Essential Requirements:
* Social Work Qualification - Degree or equivalent
* At least 3 years' PERM experience as a social worker within children's services
* Social Work England Registration
* Driving license and access to own vehicle

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Adult's Social Worker to join our Learning Disabilities Team in Warwickshire. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support and intervention to adults with learning disabilities to promote their independence and well-being.

Key responsibilities and duties include:

Conducting assessments and developing care plans tailored to the individual needs of service users. Working collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams and external agencies to ensure holistic support. Advocating for the rights and best interests of adults with learning disabilities. The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
