Warwickshire County Council is seeking an experienced and committed Children's Social Worker to join their Family Help and Assessment Team. This is a frontline assessment role, supporting families and children at the point of referral, ensuring timely assessments, safety planning, and appropriate interventions are delivered in line with statutory duties and best practice.

Key Responsibilities:
* Undertake Child and Family Assessments, S47 investigations and short-term interventions
* Complete initial visits and engage families using a strengths-based approach
* Work alongside Early Help services and other multi-agency partners
* Identify risks and needs, ensuring appropriate safeguarding actions are taken
* Contribute to Child in Need and Child Protection planning
* Produce clear, analytical and timely reports and records
* Attend strategy meetings, ICPCs, court proceedings (if required)
Essential Requirements:
* Social Work Qualification - Degree or equivalent
* At least 3 years' PERM experience as a social worker within children's services
* Social Work England Registration
* Driving license and access to own vehicle
