Qualified Social Worker - CP/CIN Team | Lincolnshire

We're currently recruiting for a Qualified Social Worker to join the Child Protection/Children in Need (CP/CIN) Team in Lincolnshire on an ongoing agency contract.

As a Qualified Social Worker within the CP/CIN Team, you will manage a diverse caseload, carrying out assessments, safeguarding children, and working closely with families and partner agencies to achieve positive outcomes. You will play a vital role in ensuring children receive the support and protection they need.

Key ResponsibilitiesManage a caseload of Child Protection and Children in Need cases.Undertake statutory assessments and develop outcome-focused care plans.Complete Section 17 and Section 47 enquiries where required.Work collaboratively with children, families, and multi-agency partners.Prepare high-quality court reports and maintain accurate case records.Ensure practice complies with safeguarding legislation, statutory guidance, and local procedures.RequirementsSocial Work England registration.Significant post-qualifying experience within Children's Services.Strong knowledge of safeguarding, child protection, and court processes.Experience managing Child Protection and Children in Need cases.Excellent assessment, communication, and analytical skills.BenefitsCompetitive pay.Ongoing agency contract with the potential for extension.Supportive and collaborative team environment.Opportunity to develop your skills and contribute to best practice.Immediate start available.Apply Today
