Essential Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
Social Work England (SWE) registration.
Previous experience working within an Adults Mental Health team.
Sound knowledge of the Care Act 2014 and its statutory guidance.
Excellent communication and assessment skills.
The ability to work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team.
A proactive, professional approach with a positive, can-do attitude.

You'll work with adults experiencing mental health challenges, carrying out strengths-based assessments, safeguarding responsibilities, care planning, and working alongside health professionals and partner agencies to achieve the best possible outcomes.

Strong knowledge of the Care Act 2014, Safeguarding, and Mental Capacity Assessments
Experience using the Liquidlogic case management system
Social Work qualification and current registration
Additional Information
Council IT equipment will be provided and must be collected in person from Hounslow House on your first day.
Hybrid working is available, although attendance in the office may increase depending on service demand.
