To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized Social Work qualification (BA/MA in Social Work or equivalent).
  • Current registration with Social Work England.
  • Strong understanding of mental health legislation and best practices in social work.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Experience working in mental health settings or with vulnerable populations is highly desirable.
