We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Qualified Social Worker (QSW) to join our Lancashire Adoption Recruitment & Assessment Team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the adoption process by recruiting and assessing prospective adopters to provide loving and stable homes for children in need.
Key responsibilities and duties:
Conducting thorough assessments of prospective adopters to ensure they meet the necessary criteria and can provide a safe and nurturing environment for children. Working closely with adopters to prepare them for the adoption process, offering guidance and support throughout.
