About the Role: The team will work with children aged 10-18 who are at risk of becoming Looked After by the Local Authority. The aim is to provide intensive, targeted, and creative interventions to strengthen family relationships and reduce the likelihood of children entering care. You will work closely with families through one-to-one and family sessions, delivering tailored support designed to meet individual needs and improve long-term outcomes.
