Debt Recovery Assistant (Hybrid) - Elmbridge £24.95 UMB p/h | 36 hours per week | 18-week contract Location: Esher (1 day in-office per week, 3 days in the first week) Elmbridge Borough Council is seeking a Debt Recovery Assistant to join our Finance Team. In this hybrid role, you will support the Debt Recovery Officer in pursuing unpaid Local Taxation, Housing Benefit Overpayments, and Sundry Debt. Key Responsibilities: Manage and reconcile systems Respond to customer enquiries and negotiate repayment plans Work with external debt collection agencies Handle direct debits and maintain user manuals Requirements: Experience with the Academy system (or similar) Strong organisational and communication skills Ability to work with minimal supervision Start immediately and contribute to essential council operations. Exciting Opportunity for an Experienced SEND Tribunal Officer Eden Brown Synergy is currently recruiting on behalf of Surrey County Council for a Special Educational Needs Tribunal Officer. This is an interim agency position offering hybrid working and a rewarding opportunity to lead on complex SEND Tribunal cases. This role plays a key part in supporting children and young people with special educational needs, working with families, schools and professionals to manage appeals and deliver high quality outcomes.
