Location: Liverpool, L2 2BX (Covering Cheshire & Merseyside)
Pay Rate: £37.75 per hour Umbrella
About the Role:
* Manage private law cases within the WAFH (Work After First Hearing) Team
* Undertake safeguarding assessments and provide recommendations to the Family Court
* Work directly with children and families to ensure their voices are heard within proceedings
* Prepare high-quality reports and assessments for court
* Liaise effectively with partner agencies and legal professionals
* Support positive outcomes for children and families involved in private law proceedings
Requirements:
* Social Work England registration
* Experience within CAFCASS, Private Law, Family Court or Children's Services
* Strong safeguarding, assessment and report-writing skills
* Ability to manage complex caseloads and meet court deadlines
