This opportunity offers a chance to shape sustainable, resident-focused developments in a dynamic team environment. The role is a 4 months contract initially. The candidate must have knowledge of and experience in delivering fire safety construction work to buildings including knowledge of the regulatory process for work to buildings designated as 'higher-risk buildings' under the Building Safety Act 2022. The candidate must have experience of project managing projects where a multi-disciplinary consultant team has been engaged. The team operate on a flexible working basis but must be available on the telephone Monday-Friday 09:00-17:00 and the candidate must also have contact with their line manager on a video call at least once a day. Attendance on site and in the office is required to meet the needs of the job, up to a maximum of five days per week. This will include attending the office every Thursday.
