We are currently seeking an experienced Qualified Social Worker to join our North Neighbourhood Team, a vital part of our integrated community service. About the Role: As a Social Worker within our North Neighbourhood Team, you will play a central role in delivering high-quality adult social care. You will carry out strengths-based assessments and provide person-centred interventions that focus on promoting independence, wellbeing, and resilience.
