As the IRO CP Conference Chair, you will be responsible for leading and facilitating Child Protection conferences, ensuring that all meetings are conducted in a fair, respectful, and child-focused manner. Your key responsibilities will include:

Working collaboratively with multi-agency partners to assess risks and develop comprehensive safety plans.
