Eden Brown Synergy is currently recruiting for an experienced Team Manager to join Leicester City Children's Social Care. This is an excellent opportunity to lead a dedicated and supportive team delivering high-quality services to children and families across the region.
Location: Leicester City
Rate: £45.00 per hour (Umbrella)
Contract: Agency
Hours: Full-time, 37 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
Working Pattern: Hybrid - 3 days per week in the office
The Team

The Role
As Team Manager, you will:
Lead and manage a team of Social Workers delivering high-quality, child-focused practice.Ensure assessments, interventions, and care planning are responsive to children's needs and circumstances.Drive performance, quality assurance, and continuous improvement across the team.Provide leadership, guidance, and professional support to Social Workers, alongside an Advanced Practitioner.Contribute to service development, practice improvement, and a positive team culture by leading through example.Essential RequirementsQualified Social Worker with current Social Work England registration.Previous Team Manager or extensive management experience within Children's Social Care.Strong knowledge of Child in Need, Child Protection, and Care Proceedings.Excellent leadership, decision-making, and performance management skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and support best practice.BenefitsCompetitive hourly rate of £45.00 (Umbrella)Hybrid working model offering flexibilityOpportunity to lead within a supportive and progressive local authorityReferral Bonus: Know someone suitable?
