We are recruiting Registered Nurses (RGNs) for a community-based complex care package in the Canterbury area. The role involves 2:1 care for a male client with a spinal cord injury, being discharged from hospital. Nurses must have experience in:

- Tracheostomy care
- Ventilator management
- Spinal injury care
- Autonomic dysreflexia
- Neurogenic bladder & bowel care

Shifts: 12-hour Days (08:00-20:00) & Nights (20:00-08:00)
Contract: 3+ months, likely to extend
Driving Required: Yes (rural location)
Start: Shadowing from late June, live rota from 27th June

The ideal candidate will be NMC-registered, confident, consistent, animal-friendly, and comfortable supporting a client in a natural, outdoor-oriented environment.

🔍 Key Responsibilities:
