Job Overview:
Eden Brown Synergy is recruiting for a Locum Qualified Social Worker for the MASH/Safeguarding Team in Lewisham. In this role, you will be responsible for managing safeguarding referrals, assessing risks, and ensuring timely and effective interventions.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and assess safeguarding referrals within the MASH team.

Work closely with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure vulnerable individuals receive the support they need.

Take an active role in decision-making and ensuring that safeguarding procedures are followed.

Conduct risk assessments and contribute to care plans.

Requirements:

Qualified Social Worker with Social Work England registration.

Experience in safeguarding and case management.

Strong communication and decision-making skills.
